This proposed legislation, called Save Money with Clean Heat (SMCH) has been authored by members of the 350.MA State Legislative Team including David Green and Mark Dyen. It is a pathway to get all 2 million MA homes to net zero by 2050. It saves the average homeowner $2,500 each and every year. It requires no new taxes. The major parts of SMCH related to the reform of MassSave have been filed as SD1397 in the MA Senate by Senate Majority Leader Cynthia Creem and have been filed as HD2527 in the MA House by Representative Amy Man Sangiolo.
